- Read your goals every morning when you wake up and at night before you go to bed.
- Get rid of the things in your life that are getting in the way of you accomplishing your goals.
The purpose for helping you make these lists is to help you prioritize the things that are the most important in your life. By reading your goals every morning and night it will make an impact on how fast and how willing you are to make your goals happen. By reading these goals you are putting more ideas into your head on how to accomplish your goals. As you accomplish your goals you will be adding new ones. Sometimes it may help you to have a friend you can share your goals with so that you can support each other in your efforts.
