The greatest power to overcome adversity is LOVE. When dealing with the things you hate in your life concentrate on the people and things you love. There may have been a time in your life when someone did something that hurt you and you held a grudge for a long time. The person that the grudge hurts the most is you. I learned a long time ago that you must forgive and move on with your life. Life is too short to hold grudges, and there is more power in love. By having LOVE in your life you have more appreciation for the things that you have and you will attract more things that you LOVE to your life.
