Time For Spring Cleaning - Declutter Your Life

It's that time of year when we think about spring cleaning. I am not just talking about cleaning your house, I am talking about cleaning your life. Sometimes we may need to reduce the amount of commitments we have and reconsider the routines that may be hindering us. Excessive clutter in your life can be a sign that you are trying to do too many things at once. Many of us have lots of extra baggage we don't need, why not clear out some of the cobwebs to help us accomplish the things we really need.
 
  1. Make a list of things that you love in your life.
  2. Make a list of things that you want to accomplish this week, this month, this year.
  3. Make a list of things that will help you get closer to you goals.
  4. Read your goals every morning when you wake up and at night before you go to bed.
  5. Get rid of the things in your life that are getting in the way of you accomplishing your goals.

The purpose for helping you make these lists is to help you prioritize the things that are the most important in your life. By reading your goals every morning and night it will make an impact on how fast and how willing you are to make your goals happen. By reading these goals you are putting more ideas into your head on how to accomplish your goals. As you accomplish your goals you will be adding new ones. Sometimes it may help you to have a friend you can share your goals with so that you can support each other in your efforts.
